I just wanted to say what a satisfied customer you made last Friday morning,November 04. Nancy (Ms Bostwick), the efficiency with which my original call was handled was such a pleasant suprise.Everyone showed concern for my situation,and I was never on hold more than it seems ten seconds max, never had to leave a message,and you were able to help me right away. You're the first people I called, and it was so nice not to feel like I should "shop around" or take the day off work to handle this. Sure enough just as was said, a technician showed up in about half an hour, whom I thought was going to be "Andy" or "Steve" (or both ), but I sure am glad "Joe" came out! he is the most courteous and respectful serviceman I've ever encountered. Normally servicemen are aloof. Not Joe. You could tell he really cared and was even helpful in getting a plumber to come out and install a new water heater at what I'm convinced is the best price and the same day!

It is my pleasure to recommend Flood Professionals for any flooding issue. I recently used their service when my roof started leaking. I called Nancy Bostwick, owner of
Flood Professionals, at 5:15 pm. I told her that my roof was leaking and causing water damage to my ceiling and stairwell. She immediately sent someone over to assess the damage. They quickly set to work removing drywall and wet insulation. They erected fans to dry out the area and dispatched one of their builders to inspect the damage.
They helped set up the appraisal and took pictures of all the damage. They helped me deal with this most bothersome problem with the least possible amount of disruption to my family’s life .I believe that Flood Professionals is a wonderful company to work with because of the people they employ.
The crews were contentious, making sure that they always left the house cleaner than they began.
They were very accommodating, letting my dog stay in the house while they worked, and they went above and beyond my expectations.
I highly recommend them for any job that requires professionalism, conscientiousness, and a quality end product.
I would not hesitate to call them for any needs that I may have in the future.

Dear Nancy,Just a quick note to thank you, for your company’s prompt response to my request for help when my washer flooded my basement recently .Craig Silvers got a crew to my location the same day I called, and Josh and Allen did a great job over the course of that week. They drained remaining water, pulled out carpeting and padding, sanitized surfaces and hauled fans and dehumidifiers in and out as necessary. Josh even went above and beyond by giving me a copy of the rooms’ dimensions for me to use in estimating flooring replacement costs for my insurance company.

My husband and I would like to thank Steve and his team for the job they did on the clean up at 3181 Hill Road in Rapid City. They were dealing with a very frustrated renter and they did a wonderful job of dealing with the individual. Steve called several times to solve the problems. He was most considerate of everyone and always was aware of the renter’s needs. This was not an easy situation.

 

We feel his efforts need to be recognized. Advanced Cleaning Experts has a very fine employee who goes beyond to work for the best of everyone in a difficult situation. Steve is the type of person who employers would have been very proud of in this situation.

A flood in itself is devastating but our house is only one year old. After a dream we had for several years we finally had our house built. Our new home flooded on Saturday, December 17th 2008. A couple of days later it was obvious the damage was going to be extensive and we were going to need help. A call was made to your company and Steve McDonald and Sam Gardner were at our house within an hour. They were very polite and fast to begin reducing the damage to as much as a minimum as possible. There was no hesitation in doing the work even though it was the holidays . Steve offered his help at any time and when I asked if I could call him if the Insurance Adjuster (who was coming on Saturday) had questions,he offered to come out to the house. When all the work was done,he said to call him anytime if we wanted anything else sprayed or just had questions and that it was no problem to call on weekends and evenings,too. He really stressed that if we needed anything at all, to call him and he'd help.

 

I cant possibly tell you how appreciative we are of Steve and Sam,their swiftness and your company as a whole.At a very stressful time in our lives,they have provided much relief. I hope that your company recognizes the value of these two employees. Have a great day
